“For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.” (Jeremiah 29:11-13)

Today I Accomplished...

Today I accomplished cleaning my kids rooms until the Tom Joyner Morning Show went off. Hooray!!!

P.S. They have waaay too many clothes.

Later today...I was taken 30 miles away from my front door to meet a lady who I believe will be very instrumental in helping me to get a great prototype to present to QVC. Thank you Josephine!

“There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.” (1 John 4:18)

Today I Accomplished...

Absolutely Nothing!

I felt very frustrated today.

I had a good day up until I came home at 3:45 to take a nap! I laid my head on the pillow and I was out in less than two minutes. Ten minutes later all hell broke loose through the communication lines. I promise you that my cell phone and house phone never rang all day, except for the time I attempted to take a nap. My husband called four times in a 15-minute span, my home phone was ringing like people knew I was home. I could not believe it! I finally put my cell phone on silent, but didn't bother with the house phone because it takes too many steps to put it on silent when your trying to catch every second of sleep. My alarm clock went off at 4:45 for me to pick up my children from school and guess what I did...turned off the alarm. Guess what time I woke back up? 5:20! Guess what time one of my children is supposed to be picked up from school? 5:30. Guess how long it takes me to get to the school? 20 minutes. Guess how long it takes me to get to the school in 5 o'clock traffic? 30 minutes! Arrrggggh!

Once I picked up the kids, fed everybody, and actually got to church I felt better.

“The commandments, "Do not commit adultery," "Do not murder," "Do not steal," "Do not covet," and whatever other commandment there may be, are summed up in this one rule: "Love your neighbor as yourself." Love does no harm to its neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.” (Romans 13:9-10)

Today I Accomplished...

Washing ALL the dishes in the sink from the day! I usually am in the habit of breaking up my dish-washing in 5-minute increments, or between television commercials, BUT TONIGHT... I spent a solid 30 minutes washing the dishes until the last spoon was cleaned!

I also COMPLETELY cleaned my dining room table. I can hardly ever keep a clean dining room table, it always gets cluttered with mail and junk mail alike...and with kids, now I pile all their artwork from school on it too. I did a Clean Sweep on my table and even bought a new centerpiece with plastic fruit. I know, I know, it's sooo cheesy, but I can live with it for the next few years, at least until I buy a new dining room table.

The Lord Said..."Study, Study, Study!"

“For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 8:38-39)

Saturday Already!

“Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.” (Romans 8:35,37)

I'm still packing!

See what happens when you delay the packing process. I didn't actually start packing until five hours ago. Well actually, it's called packing/cleaning.

Getting Ready!

We're going to The Bahamas! So I need to pack.

“If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames, but have not love, I gain nothing.” (1 Corinthians 13:1-3)

Spiritual Laws To Get Out of Debt

1. Plant
Invest in that which gives you the greatest opportunity for your return.

If you're not honoring God in your giving, forget God honoring you in your finances.

Mark 12--Don't rob the governement and don't rob God.

Matthew 17:24-27--tax system is unrighteous are unfair, but the sons of God will be provided to pay the taxes and God.

Invest in your greatest resource-God.

Like a farmer, they can't just pray for rain, that alone won't work. They have to plant a seed.
You can't pray for a need without planting a seed.

2. Comes tomorrow.

Amazing Blessing!

I went to church today, still on a high from registering to make a presentation in front of QVC with my product. The first person that asked me how I was doing after church was a wonderful person (JL). Whenever we talk, it's always Godly and full of the Spirit. So I told her my plans and what I was trying to accomplish, and that I was nervous, but needed prayer because it's easy to be discouraged. I shared with her that I needed to somehow raise $500 for my trip to LA and she said that she will not only pray for me but will also sow a $250 seed into the kingdom and what I was doing. Ohhhh My God! I told her I was going to cry I was so excited that the Lord touched her that way!!! How awesome is that? I still need to work hard to raise the rest of the money, because when I tell you that I have ZERO dollars dedicated to this trip...I have ZERO dollars! I still owe my patent attorney money!!!! Arggggh.

I am a true believer that God will bless whatever we put our hands to, we just need to be obedient and do what He asks us to do!!!
