Today we celebrated Laila's fifth birthday at her school. Hubby couldn't make it because he suffers from migraines, and he has been home in the bed for two days. I got her a wonderful Barbie cake from Sam's that had her picture on it. Her actual birthdate isn't until Sunday, but I will try to post pictures of her party before Monday.
“Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” (John 14:6)
We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.-M. Williamson
“To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. He is the one we proclaim, admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone fully mature in Christ.” (Colossians 1:27-28)
