Kanye West's statement on NBC last night was this: "I hate the way they portray us in the media. "If you see a black family it says they are looting if you see a white family it says they are looking for food. We already realize a lot of the people that could help are at war now fighting another way and they’ve given them permission to go down and shoot us. "George Bush doesn't care about black people."
“This is what the LORD says— your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: "I am the LORD your God, who teaches you what is best for you, who directs you in the way you should go.” (Isaiah 48:17)
We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.-M. Williamson
“I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand. I and the Father are one.”” (John 10:28-30)
